Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Manage and coordinate input from divisions for annual budgeting, forecasting and present consolidation of results for management review
• Prepare monthly KPI and Income/Expenditure Actuals vs. Budget with variance explanations
• Help identify potential reporting issues and ensure accuracy of reported results
• Plan, schedule and manage AP and disbursement function
• Audit and approve AP financial transactions adhering to company policy and all internal controls
• Develop metrics and reporting processes designed
• Drive process improvements and seeking best practices

Requirements:

The Talent:
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or professional accounting qualification recognized by ISCA
• 8 years & above experience in FP&A and managing AP shared services
• Working experience with mid or large sized business system
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, active listening, persuasion, and negotiation across multiple business entities
• Excellent team leadership, management and reporting skill
• Strong ability in achieving team and management consensus on key decisions and resolution of technical and process issues
