Job Description


• Implementing strategies to ensure improvement in both service and transit time performance whilst managing costs
• Achieve the operation KPIs, business goals and providing full functional support to Ground Operations team
• Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance Implement countries operational initiatives, practices and procedures are complied
• Ensuring smooth operation in the owner operator system
• Achieve market leading transit time, data quality and service performance targets
• Manage the measurement, monitoring and actions for improvement
• Ensure proper maintenance of the facility, equipment and infrastructure
• Oversee Security practices
• Roll out projects to address regional and network imperatives and programmes
• Implement the Operations component of Annual Operating plans
• Develop a high performance service culture within functional department
• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and oversee a team of 20+ staff


• Diploma or Degree in Logistics or equivalent
• At least 2 year of operations supervisory experience in logistics operations environment
